Oral communications

• Around 50 abstracts will be chosen for oral presentations.
• Slots of 20 minutes are anticipated for oral contributions.

Important dates

• Registration opening: January 7, 2019.
• Abstract submission: January 7 - April 12, 2019.
• Registration closing: April 26, 2019.

Accomodation

• The full Roz Armor Village Vacances will be entirely booked for GECOM-CONCOORD.
• Accommodation and meals will be taken on the site (included in the fees).
• Accommodation will be in double rooms (or triple rooms in specific cases, please contact the organisers if requested).
