Registrations are open from January 7 to May 3 2019.

Early bird fees are available up tu April 14 2019.

How?

Registration is done using the online form available once connected to SciencesConf.org (sur SciencesConf.org (top right button).

Payement by voucher is preferred. It should be sent to:

For student registration, please enclose a document confirming your student status (master/PhD/PDRA). 

Payment can also be made by bank transfer to Université de Rennes 1 (RIB). It is of outmost importance that your Name and the object Gecom-Concoord_18CG422-04 are specified.

Fees

Fees include participation to the congress, housing, meals, cultural activities, social dinner and transport from and to Lamballe train station.

Early bird fees VAT included (up to April 14, 2019)

• Students: 490€
• Academics: 590€
• Others: 690€

Normal fees VAT included (up to May 3, 2019)

• Students: 550€
• Academics: 650€
• Others: 750€

Attendees wishing to have a special food diet during the congress are invited to contact the organisers by email (gecomconcoord19@sciencesconf.org).
